Terms & conditions

Last updated 3 September 2026

These terms apply when you book a free trial class, enrol a student in a Taivas programme, register for a bootcamp or championship, or use taivas.co.in. Enrolling means you accept them on behalf of yourself and the student.

01Enrolment and placement

  • Every student is placed at a level (Foundational, Intermediate or Advanced) or an AI age band after the free trial class. Placement is at the coach’s discretion and may be revised during the term in the student’s interest.
  • Batches are capped at ten students for live classes and 25 for campus bootcamps. A seat is confirmed only on receipt of payment.
  • We may merge or re-time a batch if enrolment falls below viable numbers; you will be offered an equivalent slot or a refund of unused classes.

02Fees and payment

  • Fees are shown inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Where an instalment plan is chosen, the second instalment is due before the mid-point of the term; access may be paused if it is overdue.
  • Early-bird prices apply only to registrations completed before the published date.
  • Refunds and cancellations are governed by our refund and cancellation policy.

03Classes, recordings and materials

  • Live classes are delivered on the Taivas learning platform. Recordings are provided for revision and remain available for the duration of the term.
  • Curriculum, recordings, newsletters and materials are Taivas intellectual property, licensed to the enrolled student for personal use only. They may not be shared, re-sold or published.
  • Attendance is recorded automatically. Term-end certificates are issued when the attendance threshold is met.

04Bootcamps and championships

  • Campus events are run with the host institution; campus rules, entry passes and photo-ID requirements apply. One accompanying adult per student unless stated otherwise.
  • Championship qualification (for example, the top 50 advancing to a Grand Finale) is decided by the published adjudication criteria and is final.
  • Travel and accommodation for on-campus finals are arranged and paid for by the family unless a programme states otherwise.

05Conduct and safety

We expect respectful conduct from students and parents in classes, on campus and in messages. Coaches may remove a student from a session for disruptive or unsafe behaviour; repeated issues may lead to withdrawal without refund. All coaches follow our child-safety guidelines.

06Communications

By enrolling you agree to receive class-related messages on WhatsApp, SMS and email. Marketing messages are optional and can be stopped at any time.

07Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a programme is limited to the fees paid for that programme. We are not responsible for delays caused by internet outages, host-campus decisions or events outside our control, though we will always try to reschedule.

08Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version on this page at the time of enrolment applies to that term. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in New Delhi having jurisdiction.
