Privacy policy

Taivas Education is operated by Taivas Edutech Services and Consultants Pvt. Ltd. (“Taivas”, “we”), a company registered in India. We are the data controller for the personal data described here.

• From parents: name, phone number (including WhatsApp), email, city, and the messages you send us.
• About students: name, grade, school (optional), attendance, assessment scores and coach feedback, and recordings of live classes in which they participate.
• Payments: handled by our payment provider; we receive confirmation of payment, not your card or bank details.
• Website: standard analytics and advertising measurement (page views, device type, approximate location) via cookies and similar technologies.

• To run the free trial class, place your child at the right level and deliver classes, bootcamps and championships.
• To send class links, attendance, recordings, GK newsletters, certificates and progress reports.
• To answer enquiries and, where you have asked for it, tell you about new batches and events. You can opt out at any time.
• To keep the platform safe, prevent misuse and meet our legal obligations.

Live classes are recorded so students can revisit them; recordings are available to that batch only. Photographs and video from bootcamps, showcases and championships may be used on our website and social channels with the family’s consent, which you can withdraw by writing to us.

Service providers that help us operate, our learning management system (Edmingle), payment processing, WhatsApp and email delivery, and analytics, under contracts that restrict their use of your data. Partner institutions hosting a bootcamp or championship receive only what is needed for entry passes and certificates. We do not sell personal data.

Enrolment records for as long as the student is with us and for the period required by Indian tax and company law thereafter. Enquiry data that does not lead to enrolment is deleted within 24 months.

• Ask us what we hold about you or your child, correct it, or ask us to delete it.
• Opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or writing to us.
• Withdraw consent for photographs or recordings of your child.

Access to student data is limited to the coaches and staff who need it. Data is stored with providers that use encryption in transit and at rest. No system is perfectly secure; if we ever discover a breach that affects you, we will tell you.
