Refund & cancellation policy

• Before the second live class: full refund, or a free transfer to another batch or level.
• Before the fourth live class: 50% refund, or a full-value credit toward any future Taivas programme.
• After the fourth live class: no cash refund; a level or batch transfer within the term remains possible at the coach’s discretion.
• If Taivas cancels a batch, you receive a full refund of unused classes or an equivalent slot, your choice.

• More than 7 days before day one: full refund less any non-recoverable venue costs, or a transfer to a later edition.
• Within 7 days: a credit toward a later edition. Seats can be transferred to another student of the same grade band on request.
• Non-attendance without notice is not refundable.

• Registration fees are refundable in full until registrations close, less payment-gateway charges.
• After registrations close, fees are not refundable, because training slots and adjudicators are allocated per entrant. Every registered student still receives the training, the judged round, the score sheet and the recording.
• If a stage is rescheduled by Taivas or the host institution, your registration carries over automatically; if you cannot attend the new date, a full refund is available.

Where a refund is due on an instalment plan, it is calculated on the amount actually paid. An unpaid second instalment is not collected once a withdrawal is confirmed.
